Anya Melissa Sridharan, Managing Director of Adventure Birding, brings over 18 years of experience in operations, marketing, and international partnerships. Since joining in 2012 and taking the helm in 2022, she has continued her father Perry Sridharan’s legacy with a strong focus on responsible travel and conservation. With a background in travel, aviation, and hospitality, and an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire, Melissa leads the company with strategic insight and passion—delivering exceptional, sustainable birding experiences in Sri Lanka.
